Job Description and Purpose:

Core scope will include leading the project financial cycle, from forecasting to cost tracking and reconciliation. Maintaining cost reporting accuracy through regular operational and financial monitoring. Proactively fostering financial awareness within the business functions. Supporting the client with financial analysis, reporting and other relevant requests.  Driving excellence and successful delivery of outcomes within the team. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support business enablers with project cost analysis, reporting and critical insights for effective decision-making.
• Monitor progress of actual costs vs budget on regular basis; identify root causes of variances and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Sustain accuracy of financial reporting through regular validity checks.
• Maintain constructive and positive relationship with key stakeholders, including business enablers, suppliers, procurement and other relevant parties, to drive efficient results. 
• Respond to business enablers' inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee team workflow, ensuring efficient execution of objectives and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Master’s degree/MBA or professional certifications like ACCA/CIMA are preferred. 

Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven work experience in financial services / project control sector.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI.
• Proficiency in data analytics software is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven project management and leadership skills are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in strong English is mandatory.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, consistently striving for exceptional, above-the-line outcomes.
