As the Deputy Finance Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health and stability of our organization. You’ll be responsible for providing accounting and financial control work, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. 

Candidate Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or professional certifications (such as ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS or similar).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial data and solve problems.
• Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working alongside senior management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

• Lead audit processes and ensure proper tax compliance across the organization.
• Providing financial guidance to various departments 
• Mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.
