This is a full-time, site-based position with a commitment until 2028.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project completion on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards across all project phases.
• Manage relationships with contractors, international teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• Experience: 3-5 years in project management, with 2+ years in solar/wind energy projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of EPC projects, renewable energy systems, and grid integration.
• Software Proficiency: MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or REP certification is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
