Salary: +3000 AZN NET (Salary is flexible and can be adjusted based on the candidate’s background and expertise)

Essential Requirements

  • Pharmacy and / or pharmaceutical sciences background 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strategic marketing management experience, ideally within a professional services environment 
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation, balancing multiple stakeholder requirement 

Responsibilities 

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize company websites, landing pages, and digital content to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure ROI through continuous performance tracking.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows and audience segmentation.
  • Develop and implement a content marketing plan (blogs, articles, newsletters, whitepapers) tailored to healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Lead the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and compliant messaging across all channels.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure, report, and improve campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, medical, sales) to align marketing activities with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including digital agencies and content creators.
  • Stay up to date on digital trends, pharmaceutical marketing regulations, and competitor activity.
  • Monitor online reputation, including reviews and mentions, and implement strategies to enhance brand trust.
  • Integrate customer and market insights into campaign planning to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure all digital content complies with pharmaceutical industry standards and local regulations.
