About the Role

• We are seeking an efficient, proactive, and detail-driven Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing logistics operations team. In this role, you will oversee daily delivery scheduling, provide real-time support to drivers, and maintain seamless communication across internal and external partners. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our transportation network by ensuring deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily delivery and pickup routes for drivers and independent contractors
• Track driver progress and order status using dispatch and GPS monitoring tools
• Serve as the primary communication hub for drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve operational issues affecting delivery timelines
• Keep customers notified of delivery status, delays, or changes
• Ensure compliance with all transportation, safety, and operational standards
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, records, and schedules within internal systems
• Partner with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to optimize workflow
• Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to process enhancements
• Provide evening, overnight, or weekend support as needed based on US time-zone operations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, or logistics operations (freight preferred)
• Familiarity with dispatch management software (Samsara, or similar systems)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings/nights aligned with US operational hours (including occasional weekends)
