Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the CEO’s daily priorities and strategic plans
- Analyze business reports, prepare presentations, and support decision-making processes
- Assist in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (department heads, partners, etc.)
- Track project execution, provide status updates, and ensure timely completion
- Prepare briefing documents, meeting notes, and decision summaries for the CEO
- Contribute to business process optimization initiatives and provide improvement suggestions
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with senior leadership (Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or similar roles)
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; advanced proficiency in Russian and English
- Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
