Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Director to join our team. In this role, you will drive key financial initiatives, including strategic financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis. You will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making processes and preparing insightful materials for shareholders and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and improve complex financial models to support and direct business strategy and decision-making
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans; monitor performance against budgets
• Financial Analysis: Conduct and direct in-depth analysis of financial performance, variances, and trends; provide actionable insights for the leadership tea
• Strategic Projects: Collaborate on ad-hoc strategic initiatives, including market analysis, capital allocation, and scenario planning
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for shareholders, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders
• Business Partnering: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial guidance
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Production experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Advanced financial modeling (Excel) and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Good leadership skills
• Solid knowledge of finance
• Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher); Russian is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA or ACCA is a strong plus
