Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field preferred (Finance/Accounting/Auditing/ACCA/IFRS);
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with approve track record in the relevant field of finance, at least 3 year in CFO role;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C (erp);
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian;

Job Responsibilities:

• Make sound investment decisions to increase a company’s portfolio;
• Manage the preparation, issuance, and distribution of employees’ earnings and related payroll functions for the company;
• Assist in maintaining, gathering, analyzing, and organizing data and statistics for year-end processing, audit responses, salary compensation reports;
• Monitor the performance of investments including creating reports using business software;
• Offer advice to the CEO regarding spending and budget questions;
• Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control• Strong creative skills to develop new and innovative solutions;
• Ability to create and deliver unbiased budget expectations for different departments;
• Compares performance with operating plans and standards, and reports and interprets the results of operations to all levels of management;
• Assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing, and assuring proper insurance coverage;
• To manage the cash-flow position of the company. Responsibility includes the authority to establish credit and collections and purchasing policies and to establish schedules for the payment of bills and financial obligations;
• Planning, ensuring and control of budget execution within the area of responsibility;
• Study a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy;
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management;
• Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc;

• Salary: 5000-7000 net
