About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Group Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will support strategic decision-making by delivering in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and high-impact presentations for the executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, advanced Excel expertise, and excellent presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group-level financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units
- Create periodic and ad hoc research reports for senior leadership, that clearly communicate insights and analyses.
- Report to Group Deputy CEO.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models using Excel
- Prepare clear and concise PowerPoint presentations for Board and C-Level meetings
- Analyze KPIs and performance trends to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather data and insights
- Support budgeting, planning, and monthly reporting cycles
- Assist in financial due diligence and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with a track record of presenting to executive audiences
- Proven experience (3+ years) in financial analysis or a similar role
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills using financial data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Experience working in a group-level or multi-entity environment
- Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools
