Position Summary:

We are hiring HR Specialists to support HR operations in the Gadabay region. The ideal candidates will be based in or near the assigned locations and will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR activities, supporting local employees and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of personnel files and attendance data.
• Address employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in collaboration with the central HR team.
• Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
• Ensure local HR practices align with national labor laws and internal policies.
• Work closely with site management to address workforce planning and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in regional or field-based roles.
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in the mining, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software or 1C HR systems.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani; English is an advantage.
