We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily be based in Shahdag, with occasional responsibilities in Baku, and will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, internal transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Prepare and update employment documentation, such as contracts, employee records, and other legal HR materials.
- Maintain and update the employee database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel data.
- Collaborate with the finance department on payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Generate HR reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to labor law and internal HR policies.
- Organize and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
- Foster positive employee relations and assist in conflict resolution and workplace communication initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Solid understanding of Azerbaijani labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; working knowledge of English and/or Russian is preferred.
