Key Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation of HSE Policies:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, industry regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Risk Assessment and Management:

• Identify potential hazards in the workplace and conduct risk assessments.
• Develop and implement control measures to mitigate risks.

Training and Awareness:

• Organize HSE induction and periodic training sessions for all employees.
• Conduct emergency drills and awareness campaigns to ensure preparedness.

Site Inspections and Internal Audits:

• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Perform internal HSE audits and prepare detailed reports for management.

Incident and Accident Investigation:

• Promptly investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and report findings to management.

Environmental Protection:

• Implement measures for waste management, pollution control, and environmental sustainability.
• Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Monitoring of Safety Equipment and PPE:

• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Check the functionality of fire extinguishers, alarms, and other emergency equipment.

Contractor and Subcontractor Compliance:

• Monitor HSE performance of contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure that all external parties comply with the company’s HSE standards.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain records of inspections, trainings, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regular HSE performance reports to management.

Continuous Improvement:

• Recommend improvements to safety procedures, policies, and operational practices.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Higher technical education
• Internationally recognized HSE certificates
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience as an HSE Manager
