Location: Karabakh region
Company: Our client – a leading company in the construction sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures on construction sites
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections
• Organize and deliver HSE trainings, inductions, and awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective measures
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and ensure timely reporting to management
• Liaise with government authorities and external auditors
• Lead and support on-site HSE team to ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Higher education in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor and environmental legislation
• Familiarity with international HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is mandatory; English or Russian is an advantage
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in the Karabakh region
