Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration and/or equivalent level of experience;
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask;
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Knowledge of general HR practices required;
Responsibilities:
- To participate in the preparation of HR regulations and procedures and regularly offer suggestions
- Coordinate relationships between external projects and the HR department and control the processes
- To identify appropriate qualification for employee development and improvements and other trainings and to provide information about it
- Conducts benefits orientations and oversees annual benefits open enrollment process
- Calculating employee turnover and analyzing its direct and indirect reasons
- Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization
- Implementing other HR practices within the company
- Preparing required Reports
- Coordination work with partner Companies and Governmental Bodies
