Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration and/or equivalent level of experience;
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask;
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Knowledge of general HR practices required;

Responsibilities:

  • To participate in the preparation of HR regulations and procedures and regularly offer suggestions
  • Coordinate relationships between external projects and the HR department and control the processes
  • To identify appropriate qualification for employee development and improvements and other trainings and to provide information about it
  • Conducts benefits orientations and oversees annual benefits open enrollment process
  • Calculating employee turnover and analyzing its direct and indirect reasons
  • Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization
  • Implementing other HR practices within the company
  • Preparing required Reports
  • Coordination work with partner Companies and Governmental Bodies
