Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance activities safely complying with legislation and company environmental health & safety (HSE) guidelines and procedures;
- Maintain plant I&C related equipment as per documented maintenance procedures;
- Perform I&C systems troubleshooting activities as necessary to determine failure conditions and rectify any defects found;
- Identify and order necessary I&C related spares and consumables in time and make sure they are available at site;
- Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment shutdowns or malfunctions, and take immediate corrective actions;
- Minimize downtime by quickly resolving critical issues;
- Review Maintenance Procedures and suggests improvements;
- Ensure all company owned hand and measurement tools are properly maintained, are in good working condition and stored in safe location;
- Develop a good working relationship with the customer;
- Follow Company related policies and standards;
- Perform other tasks, as requested.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Instrument and Control Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, operations, troubleshooting and repair of I&C equipment
- Proven field service experience;
- Proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller Allan Bradley) programming and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems;
- Strong understanding of instrumentation, electrical systems, and control loops;
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
