Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive IT Project Manager with a strong background in business analytics to join our team. This role requires the ability to manage and effectively work with teams, handle vendor relations, and interact seamlessly with various departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT companies and possess skills in reporting systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst
• Ability to manage personnel.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English level B2 is must. Azerbaijani and Russian fluent. 

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proactivity by showing initiative and a forward-thinking approach in all aspects of work
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
• Manage annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for company needs.
• Manage interactions with vendors and other departments to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
• Oversee company-wide processes to improve efficiency and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and transform them into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements for development teams, ensuring clear and logical documentation is provided.
• Lead and manage project teams, establishing tasks and planning team activities to meet project timelines. Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring optimal deployment of team resources and alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and actively integrate innovative technologies into business processes.
