Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy concepts
• Installation and configuration of various operating systems
• Installing and configuring Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of hardware components of IT devices and identifying hardware malfunctions
• Replacing defective hardware components with new ones as needed to resolve issues
• Organizing, tracking, and recording equipment repair activities
• Ensuring proper operation and troubleshooting of LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks
• Basic network diagnostics skills
• Upgrading outdated software to newer versions
• Following established policies, procedures, and security practices
• Performing backups of specific devices, software, and files
• Terminating cables (RJ45, patch panels, data sockets, etc.)
• Knowledge of LAN cable types and characteristics and fiber optic cables
• Basic knowledge of IP telephony
• Familiarity with CCTV and IP camera systems and providing support for existing video surveillance systems
• Resolving technical issues in software systems
• Installing and maintaining printers and addressing issues with peripheral devices
• Providing support and training for company staff on computer and software-related issues
• Installing and configuring IP phones
• Conducting regular inventory of technical equipment

Requirements:

• Higher education (Technical degree is preferred)
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; intermediate English proficiency
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
• Basic understanding of server platforms, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Group Policy (GPO)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and RDP
• Experience with configuring access points, switches, network printers, scanners, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of personal computer software and various IT hardware
• Initiative, good communication skills, diligence, accuracy, and the ability to react quickly to situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal corporate communication skills
• Experience with IP PBX systems is preferred
