Key Responsibilities:
- Support sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements
- Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt
- Collect and analyze supplier quotations, assisting in negotiations for best pricing and terms
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Communicate with internal departments to clarify requirements and specifications
- Support supplier evaluation and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company standards
- Assist in resolving delivery or quality issues with suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative products
- Contribute to procurement reporting and data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain (internship experience will be considered)
- Basic knowledge of procurement principles and processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems is a plus
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of English; Russian is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
