A company in the oil & gas sector is seeking a Junior Procurement Specialist with experience in purchasing mechanical spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support procurement of spare parts such as pumps, valves, fittings, and related equipment. 
• Assist in supplier sourcing, RFQs, and bid evaluations. 
• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery status, and expediting. 
• Coordinate with technical and warehouse teams to ensure correct specifications. 
• Maintain procurement documentation and records. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 
• 1 year of procurement experience in the oil & gas sector. 
• Hands-on experience purchasing mechanical spare parts (e.g., pumps, valves, etc.). 
• Basic understanding of technical specifications and vendor documentation. 
• Good communication and coordination skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office. 
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
