Main job responsibilities:
- Participate in setting targets for corporate level strategic metrics and cascading those targets to the business segments and companies (local and international) /business units under each segment;
- Periodically compare actual results with the target indicators (both on corporate and company levels) and arrange regular sessions with representative/key management of each company to understand reasons for fluctuations;
- Perform performance appraisal, identify performance gaps and prioritize them;
- Periodically monitor the process, prepare and provide regular reports as to implementation of selected action plan;
- Participate in methodology development for the assessment of monetary impact of management initiatives and involve in calculation of monetary effect of those initiatives.
Job requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematic or any related discipline);
- Degree in abroad, ACCA/CFA would be an advantage;
- 3-5 years overall, 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in oil and gas industry, consulting, investment, audit;
- Financial analysis, business evaluation and interpretation skills;
- Advanced user of MS Office;
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to develop new approaches to resolve complex issues;
- Strong problem solving and work ethics;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
