A fast growing freight forwarding company managing International Logistics, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to optimize our daily logistics operations. This role is essential for ensuring efficient transportation and distribution of materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations;
- Plan the most optimal routes for shipments;
- Negotiate with carriers and obtain the best conditions;
- Ensure timely and trouble-free execution of customer orders;
- Adhere to quality and competence standards of the company;
- Anticipate risks and make operational decisions;
- Monitor market prices and find more profitable solutions;
- Work with the team to make processes more efficient;
- Prepare reports for management and analyze results to optimize operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, supply chain, or transportation management;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Deep understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, excellent communication skills, a high level of service mentality;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken)
