Job Purpose:

• To ensure the safe, reliable, and optimal operation of all technical systems across managed facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee daily technical maintenance activities
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
• Supervise technical staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance
• Monitor contracts and ensure service providers meet agreed terms
• Prepare budgets and manage expenditures related to technical services
• Utilize maintenance management systems and programs efficiently

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and norms during all operations

Candidate Profile:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure
• Experience managing complex and large-scale facilities
• Proven budget planning and cost management abilities
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial technical maintenance role
