Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and initiating a marketing strategy that embraces all aspects of digital, social and in-house PR to drive incoming leads to the business. Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Work with suppliers to execute marketing programs
Qualifications for Marketing Specialist
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools and content management systems
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (good).
- Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Ability to travel as necessary
Working schedule:
- Monday- Friday: 9:00 - 18:00
