Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance activities safely complying with legislation and company environmental health & safety (HSE) guidelines and procedures;
- Ensures proper use of CMMS system to report, track and record all maintenance activities with high quality of data;
- Ensures all completed tasks are properly completed in CMMS system and follow up WOs are raised when needed;
- Review/raise NCRs associated with rotating equipment;
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs;
- Maintain plant mechanical equipment as per documented maintenance procedures;
- Perform troubleshooting activities of mechanical equipment and systems as necessary to determine failure conditions and rectify any defects found;
- Identify and order necessary mechanical equipment related spares and consumables in time and make sure they are available at site;
- Timely produce, distribute detailed service, inspection, troubleshooting and fault analysis reports and make sure they are stored in defined document repository;
- Review Maintenance Procedures and suggests improvements;
- Ensure all company owned hand and measurement tools are properly maintained, are in good working condition and stored in safe location;
- Develop a good working relationship with the customer;
- Follow Company related policies and standards;
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, operations, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment;
- Proven field service experience;
- Familiarity and experience with hand, measurement and testing tools;
- An understanding of engineering drawings and principles;
