Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Medical Advisor to support operations with medical expertise, ensure health compliance, and promote occupational health and safety across facilities and remote locations (rigs, vessels, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main health advisor, ensuring compliance with health standards and regulations.
• Provide medical assistance and consultation in operational locations (land/offshore rigs, vessels, facilities).
• Conduct medical assessments, screenings, and evaluations for employees.
• Implement and manage health protocols, safety procedures, and emergency response plans (including medevac drills).
• Participate in incident investigations and contribute medical insights.
• Deliver health-related training to employees and management.
• Maintain collaboration with clinics and health insurance providers to support employees and their families.
• Prepare and submit regular health reports to management.

Requirements:

• Medical degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a site doctor in remote industrial environments (rigs, vessels, plants).
• In-depth understanding of occupational health and HSE standards, especially in the oil and gas sector.
• Experience in HSE management or strong HSE knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work environments.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
