About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Draft, format, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Monitor and manage incoming emails and correspondence
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Perform general administrative tasks and office duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives
- Familiarity with travel and event planning
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
