Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Project Assistance: Support the CEO with various projects, research, and data analysis.
  • Office Management: Liaise with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other special functions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azeri, English and Russian.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
