Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Project Assistance: Support the CEO with various projects, research, and data analysis.
- Office Management: Liaise with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other special functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azeri, English and Russian.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
