We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Middle Project Manager to support the planning and execution of communication and media-related projects, including events and international initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, media partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of communication and media projects 
• Assist in developing project timelines, task plans, and tracking progress 
• Coordinate with internal teams (media, social media, content, design) 
• Communicate with external partners such as media agencies and vendors 
• Support event communication activities, including media coordination 
• Ensure consistency of communication messages across platforms 
• Monitor project timelines and assist in meeting deadlines 
• Prepare reports and updates on project progress 
• Assist in coordinating content production (articles, videos, visuals) 
• Ensure tasks are aligned with overall project goals and strategy 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related field 
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in project management, communications, or media
• Experience in international projects 
• Strong organizational and coordination skills 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams 
• Good written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools 

Additional Requirements (Very Important)

• Experience working on international projects is required 
• Ability to communicate effectively in multicultural environments 
• Understanding of international project workflows and stakeholder management and reporting. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent communication in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is an advantage) 
• Experience in large-scale or international events is a plus
