We are looking for a Reception / Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team and provide excellent service to our guests from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in / check out guests
• Provide information about the hotel and local attractions
• Resolve guest requests and complaints professionally
• Process payments and prepare reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

• Education in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in hotel reception or customer service is an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Russian is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, polite, and service-oriented personality
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Female candidates
