About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Support other departments with administrative requests as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is an advantage.
