About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the company.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Support other departments with administrative requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is an advantage.
