Job description:
- Determining the company's employee needs, organizing and coordinating the recruitment process;
- Analyzing employee needs based on the incoming vacancy request;
- Preparing and posting vacancy announcements on various platforms (employment portals, social and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn)), etc.;
- Screening CVs, preparing a shortlist of candidates and conducting an initial interview;
- Organizing interviews online or offline, obtaining references;
- If necessary initial selection and referral to the appropriate structural unit;
- Applying new recruitment techniques and making suggestions for the development and improvement of the recruitment process;
- Able to work under pressure and with multiple vacancies of different profiles at the same time;
- Sending a job offer and informing other candidates about the interview results;
- Submitting documents and information of newly hired employees to relevant departments;
- Performing other relevant tasks in Human Resources;
Requirements:
- Higher education - (Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related specialties);
- 3 years of work (at least) experience in Recruitment;
- Ability to work independently in MS Office programs;
- Headhunting skills;
- Ability to independently organize interviews;
- Being active in social networks;
- Fluent in Russian or English.
