Job description:
- Assisting with Technical Presentations: Helping prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
- Supporting Solution Design: Assisting in the development of customized solutions based on client requirements, under the guidance of senior sales engineers.
- Documentation and Reporting: Preparing technical documentation, sales reports, and proposal drafts to support the sales process.
- Customer Interaction: Participating in meetings and calls with customers to understand their needs and provide basic technical support.
- Learning Product Features: Gaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, including their technical specifications and benefits.
- Conducting Market Research: Assisting in the analysis of market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to support the sales strategy.
- Internal Collaboration: Working closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer solutions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assisting in identifying and resolving technical issues encountered during the sales process.
- Product Training: Participating in training sessions to enhance technical and sales skills.
- Field Support: Accompanying senior sales engineers on customer visits and site inspections to gain practical experience.
- Project Assistance: Providing support on special projects, such as developing sales tools or improving internal processes.
Job requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, etc.), Telecommunication, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic coursework in relevant subjects such as networking, software development, telecommunications, or business.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts related to the company's products.
- Knowledge of programming languages or network configurations can be beneficial.
