Job description:

  • Assisting with Technical Presentations: Helping prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
  • Supporting Solution Design: Assisting in the development of customized solutions based on client requirements, under the guidance of senior sales engineers.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Preparing technical documentation, sales reports, and proposal drafts to support the sales process.
  • Customer Interaction: Participating in meetings and calls with customers to understand their needs and provide basic technical support.
  • Learning Product Features: Gaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, including their technical specifications and benefits.
  • Conducting Market Research: Assisting in the analysis of market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to support the sales strategy.
  • Internal Collaboration: Working closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer solutions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assisting in identifying and resolving technical issues encountered during the sales process.
  • Product Training: Participating in training sessions to enhance technical and sales skills.
  • Field Support: Accompanying senior sales engineers on customer visits and site inspections to gain practical experience.
  • Project Assistance: Providing support on special projects, such as developing sales tools or improving internal processes.

Job requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, etc.), Telecommunication, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Academic coursework in relevant subjects such as networking, software development, telecommunications, or business.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts related to the company's products.
  • Knowledge of programming languages or network configurations can be beneficial.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assist in troubleshooting technical issues.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
