Sales Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English and Russian
