Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing meetings, attracting new clients, and expanding the client base in the field of international and domestic cargo transportation.
- Selling transportation and freight forwarding services (road, air, sea, and rail transport, warehouse logistics).
- Negotiating contracts, conducting negotiations, and managing deals from the first contact to the completion of transportation.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis, and participating in the development of sales strategies and marketing activities.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and fostering long-term relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales of logistics services (freight forwarding, transportation, international trade).
- Knowledge of major types of cargo transportation (FTL, LTL, container, multimodal, air).
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
- English and Russian language proficiency at least at the Intermediate level (for working with international partners).
- Willingness to engage in active sales and independently search for clients.
