Main Responsibilities:

  • Organizing meetings, attracting new clients, and expanding the client base in the field of international and domestic cargo transportation.
  • Selling transportation and freight forwarding services (road, air, sea, and rail transport, warehouse logistics).
  • Negotiating contracts, conducting negotiations, and managing deals from the first contact to the completion of transportation.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis, and participating in the development of sales strategies and marketing activities.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and fostering long-term relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales of logistics services (freight forwarding, transportation, international trade).
  • Knowledge of major types of cargo transportation (FTL, LTL, container, multimodal, air).
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
  • English and Russian language proficiency at least at the Intermediate level (for working with international partners).
  • Willingness to engage in active sales and independently search for clients.

Conditions:

  • Official employment 2000 AZN net salary + sales bonuses.
  • Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
