Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs in line with organizational objectives
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
- Support annual salary review processes, incentive schemes, and performance-based reward programs
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal reward policies
- Advise HR Business Partners and senior leadership on pay structures, job evaluations, and benefits offerings
- Participate in reward-related projects, including policy development, grading systems, and HR digital tool implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Sound knowledge of reward frameworks and local labor legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian language skills are an advantage)
