Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and supervise their formalization;
- To prepare letters, protocols, decisions, contracts and similar documents, to carry out legal examination of such documents;
- To participate in the legal examination of prepared orders, decrees, instructions, rules, standards and other acts and projects of a legal nature;
- To carry out work on the correct application of legislation in the company;
- Prepare legal opinions on relevant issues;
- To participate in the resolution of legal issues that have arisen in the company's activity, as well as in the improvement of the company's activity;
- Representing the interests of the company in solving legal issues in courts, state and public organizations;
- To analyze the changes made to the applicable legislation related to the company's activity and to inform the management about it;
- To solve the legal issues arising in the business activities of the structural divisions of the company within the framework of legislation;
- Formalization of documents on bringing employees to administrative and financial responsibility in accordance with established rules;
- Advising employees on current legislation, as well as giving opinions on organizational-legal and other legal issues;
Requirements for the position:
- Higher education in the field of law;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of law;
- High level of verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, decision-making and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of legislation: Civil Code, Labor Code, Tax Code, legislation in the field of Energy and legal acts related to corporate management;
- Language skills: Preference will be given to candidates with foreign language skills.
