Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Senior HR Payroll Specialist to lead payroll operations with a focus on data analytics and system automation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in payroll processes, proficient in 1C HR & Payroll systems, and capable of leveraging data to improve accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle payroll process for all employees
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor payroll transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
- Use data analytics tools to analyze payroll trends, overtime, benefits, and other costs.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management and finance teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support strategic HR decisions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize payroll processes through automation and digitalization.
- Maintain documentation for payroll policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure accurate documentation and storage of payroll records in compliance with data protection laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong working knowledge of 1C or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll-related data analytics.
- Familiarity with labor laws, tax legislation, and social insurance reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR digital transformation or system rollout.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
