Location: Baku Office
Monthly Gross Salary: Up to 4,000 AZN
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate structure or legal consultancy setting
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage
- Strong background in contract drafting, corporate law, and local and international transactions
- Knowledge of tax legislation is an advantage
- Experience in dispute resolution is an advantage
- Membership in the Azerbaijani Bar Association preferred
- Legal education from a foreign university is an advantage
