About the Role:

Are you a project management professional ready to lead complex, high-impact projects? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive excellence across planning, execution, and delivery. In this role, you’ll manage intricate work packages, ensure compliance with global standards, and mentor junior colleagues—all while contributing to the success of major initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex projects (Level 4) with a focus on cost, time, quality, and risk.
• Collaborate with commercial and business development teams during tendering and invoicing.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans and documentation.
• Manage change control processes and negotiate changes with clients.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with QHSSE, technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, workshops, planning) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing and applying lessons learned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Certification: Professional qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMI, PMP, PMQ).
• Experience: Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
• Languages: Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English;
