Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing a strong talent database, overseeing employer branding efforts across LinkedIn and the company website, and supporting hiring activities across multiple locations with flexibility for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for mid-to-senior-level roles across various departments.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality candidate database using applicant tracking systems or other tools.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Build and continuously update a structured candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generating reports for management decision-making.
  • Manage and regularly update the company’s LinkedIn page and career section on the company website to attract top talent.
  • Promote job postings, employee stories, and company achievements through digital platforms.
  • Travel to regional offices or job fairs as needed to support recruitment events or conduct in-person interviews.
  • Represent the company at industry events, universities, and career fairs.
  • Recommend and implement best practices in recruitment strategies, diversity hiring, and talent engagement.
  • Train and mentor junior recruiters or HR team members when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and career site management.
  • Hands-on experience in building or maintaining talent databases/ATS.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment within the mining/construction/oil and gas sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or employer branding strategies.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
