Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, especially in the production sector.
- Education Level: Higher education (preferably in Economics or Accounting).
- Knowledge of labor code and relevant legislation.
- Proficient in 1C, MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and responsible approach to work.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure calculation and payment of employee salaries based on submitted timesheets in accordance with labor legislation.
- Calculate and process payroll-related payments such as business trips, vacations, final settlements, etc., and forward them to the relevant department.
- Utilize e-taxes.gov.az, e-gov.az, and other related portals.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, vacation pay, temporary disability benefits, and final settlements in accordance with labor law requirements and internal company policies.
- Prepare reports on payroll-related taxes, social insurance contributions, and statistics for submission to relevant authorities.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries.
- Prepare required reports as requested by management.
- Provide suggestions to resolve payroll-related issues arising during the work process.
- Prepare declarations for income tax, mandatory social insurance, unemployment insurance, and mandatory health insurance related to payroll.
- Process operations in the 1C software.
Working Conditions:
- Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 09:00 to 18:00.
