Shift-based work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective SMM strategy for the TV channel’s social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze content performance and ad campaigns, preparing regular reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement new content formats.
- Engage with the audience, manage comments and messages.
- Work with targeted advertising and set up ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders.
Requirements:
- Native-level English proficiency.
- At least 2 years of experience in SMM.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and promotion tools.
- Strong copywriting, content marketing, and visual content skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
