Technical background
- Engineering or technical background related to production facilities
- Experience in facility establishment, rehabilitation, commissioning or restart
- Solid understanding of production processes, utilities and infrastructure, and operations & maintenance readiness
Core skills & competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (mechanical, electrical, industrial, process or similar)
- Strong technical coordination and interface-management skills
- Ability to translate technical issues into clear actions and decisions
- Effective communication with technical, commercial, and government stakeholders
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is mandatory, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
- Comfortable working in time-critical and high-responsibility environments
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
