We are seeking a candidate for the position of Technical Issues Specialist. The following criteria are required:

Requirements:

• Technical education (preference given to graduates of the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry)
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field
• English – upper-intermediate (preferably knowledge of technical English)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Punctuality

Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations to customers on the use of oils
• Select analogs from the company's product portfolio based on inquiries
• Organize the analysis of used oils: sample collection, processing, sending to laboratories, receiving results, processing results, and preparing reports based on the results
• Ensure analyses are conducted on time and with quality
• Provide recommendations to customers/users on the proper use of oils in the field and on platforms when necessary
• Support the Sales department in ordering the required products (oils, technological fluids, lubricants)
• Conduct technical documentation

Monthly Salary: 1500 AZN NET
