We are currently partnering with a leading FMCG organization in Azerbaijan to identify a high-potential Trade Marketing professional who will play a key role in driving impactful commercial initiatives across multiple trade channels.

This is a strategic and hands-on role with strong exposure to cross-functional leadership and market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies across on-trade, off-trade, and modern trade channels 
• Translate market insights and competitive analysis into effective, insight-driven campaigns 
• Own and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient ROI and performance tracking 
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless execution 
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver data-driven recommendations for optimization 
• Oversee merchandising standards and in-store execution excellence 
• Drive field activities including market visits, promotional control, and performance audits 

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within FMCG (Marketing or Sales) 
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and trade segmentation 
• Solid experience in ROI analysis, budgeting, and performance evaluation 
• Proven ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and drive results 

Key Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 
• Deep understanding of trade channels and merchandising principles 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
• Languages: Azerbaijani & Russian (fluent), English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) 
• Advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
