The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager of the company. The position requires a hands-on individual with the ability to communicate at all levels and work within a rigorous, process driven framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates and direct marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Liaise with Costa International Group - identify key marketing trends and opportunities across territories for the company
- Setting and managing Marketing budget in line with businesses plan targets
- Leading consumer promotions, events, and marketing programs
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
- Manage local websites and social media channels
Key Skills/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and /or Business with advance degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing (Digital Marketing Qualification, Google Analytics and AdWords preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
