Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international - markets (corporates, enterprises, government tenders, SMBs).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and commercial presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and generate qualified leads.
  • Work with the product and technical teams to tailor proposals and solutions based on client needs.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and service contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust sales strategies proactively.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales or related experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
  • High level of self-motivation, target-orientation, and resilience.
