Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-centered web and mobile interfaces that meet business goals and create seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools.
• Collaborate closely with product, project  managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent designs.
• Build and maintain component libraries and contribute to the design system for scalable, reusable UI patterns.
• Work with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) to evaluate performance and iterate designs based on data and feedback.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and QA to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping, components) and collaboration tools (FigJam).
• Knowledge of UX principles, usability heuristics, and best practices for responsive, mobile-first design.
• Hands-on experience with design systems and developer handoff (Figma Inspect, Zeplin, or Storybook).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, user testing methods, and iterative design workflows.
• Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani (fluent) and English (working level); Russian is an advantage.
• Ability to balance creative design with practical constraints and technical feasibility.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and research insights in design decisions.
